he Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 10th results for 2026 a month earlier than expected. While the national pass percentage reached 93.7%, students from Bhopal delivered an outstanding performance, with four students securing a near-perfect 99.8%.

  • City Toppers: The top spot was shared by Sanvi Jha (DPS Neelbad), Aastik Pathak (Sage International), Aarohi Verma (St. Joseph’s Co-ed), and Peehu Rathi (Sanskriti School), all scoring 99.8%.

  • Gender-wise Performance: Girls have once again outshone boys, recording a pass percentage of 94.99% compared to 92.69% for boys.

  • Topper Strategies: Students attributed their success to consistent habits, such as preparing topic-wise notes and focusing on daily targets rather than just counting hours. Some reported studying up to 9 hours a day during exams.

  • New Exam Policy: Following the National Education Policy, the "Two Board System" was implemented. The first mandatory exam was held in February-March, while an optional second exam is scheduled for May-June 2026 for those wishing to improve their scores.

  • Sage International School Results: The report also highlights other high achievers from Sage International, including Rishikesh Kharode (99.6%), Nandita Gupta (99.6%), and Atharv Jaiswal (99.4%).
